Terms of Use

1. Intellectual property

The Film and all associated materials — including the screenplay, moving images, still photography, sound, music, graphic design, typography and written text ("Content") — are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and remain the exclusive property of the authors, the production and their licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

2. Permitted use

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, share links to any public page or trailer, and quote short extracts of the Content for the purposes of criticism, review, news reporting or academic research, provided that appropriate credit is given.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• reproduce, download, re-upload, re-cut, remix or redistribute the Film or any substantial part of the Content;
• use the Content or any part of it for advertising, endorsement, merchandising or any other commercial purpose;
• use the Content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models or generative AI systems;
• misrepresent the authorship of the Film or falsely imply an association with, or endorsement by, the production;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation or bypass any security measure.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services, including our crowdfunding page and social profiles. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party service, and inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.

5. Contributions and support

Financial contributions to the production are handled by our third-party crowdfunding partner and are governed by that partner's own terms and refund policy. Contributions do not transfer any ownership, distribution rights or editorial control over the Film.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the production, its members and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
